Today I have been reading about: A ‘Personal Learning Network’ (PLN) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_Learning_Network) is an extended group of people not always in your immediate physical realm, with whom you can connect and learn with and from. Patnoudes (2012), in Why (and How) you should create a Personal Learning Network, claims, “Personal Learning Networks are systems that help learners take control of and manage their own learning. This includes providing support for learners to: 1) set their own learning goals, 2) manage their learning; managing both content and process, 3) communicate with others in the process of learning and thereby achieve learning goals. Simply put: A PLN is a system for lifelong learning.”
I spent time my Diigo, wikispaces & twitter accounts. I realise that it is vital to establish a PLN.
